8th March 2008 - St. Patrick's Day
Dear Teacher,
March 17th is St. Patrick’s Day, Ireland’s national holiday, and to celebrate Tune Into English has added two Irish songs to the Downloadable Worksheets page of the website. The worksheets for Sunday Bloody Sunday by U2 and Zombie by The Cranberries were both submitted by Mena Bianco from Giugliano (NA).
The English Club of Magenta (MI) has organised a special evening presentation of Tune Into Ireland on the evening of March 12th – for further details click here.
It is almost Easter, and the Karaoke page features a special Easter Karaoke section, as well as over 600 favourites, including (appropriately for St. Patrick’s Day) hits by U2, The Corrs, The Cranberries, Dolores O'Riordan and Westlife.
