January 2007 - The Tune Into English website
Dear Teacher,
As the first working week of 2007 draws to a close, I would like to wish you all a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!
The Tune Into English website is currently being renovated, and will be online in the coming weeks. This e-mail is to ask for your suggestions on how to make this an essential resource for your English teaching through pop music.
The site will contain both a Student's and Teacher's Area. The Student's Area will feature music games, quizzes and gap fill exercises (with music from an external site), while the Teacher's Area will contain downloadable worksheets for use in class. Many of you have expressed an interest in creating worksheets to share with your colleagues through the website, and I would be delighted to receive these. Together we can make Tune Into English the premier free English-through-music resource on the web!
As the updated site begins to take shape, I would appreciate any comments and suggestions you may have.
Also, don’t forget that the Tune Into English Roadshow is currently on tour, and I would be delighted to come to your school in 2007.
