  1. “An expert in teaching English through music, Fergal Kavanagh created The Tune into English Roadshow ten years ago. His idea was to involve students to learn English through songs familiar to teenagers. His book celebrates this success.
Being highly memorable and motivating, lyrics are precious resources to teach a variety of language items, lexis, verbs and pronunciation.
Songs provide many advantages; they represent authentic models so they create a positive learning environment, entertaining students while they are learning or practicing a structure and they help them become familiar with intonation and pronunciation.
The book is a handy guide for teachers: it contains activities focusing on vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms, images used to introduce the theme of the song, gaps fills, phonetics.
I recommend the book to teachers who have never seen the Tune into English Roadshow, I really appreciate the way it motivates and involves the students, who sing and learn having a great time!”
